If you are a Commercial & Savings Bank credit card customer, you should have received your new credit card in the mail.
To Activate Your New Card
• If calling from your home phone – Please call 1-877-767-6836 in
the U.S. or 727-570-4888 collect from outside the U.S.
• If calling from a phone other than from your home or if you are having
trouble activating your card from home – Please call 1-800-543-5073.
o Personal Cardholders - You will need the last four digits of the primary owner’s
social security number.
o Business Cardholders – You will need the last four digits of your Federal
ID Number.
About Your New Card –
• Your new card has a new account number.
• Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will remain the same. This
PIN will be required if you wish to use your new card at an ATM for cash advances.
• If you have any payments automatically charged to your credit card,
it is imperative that you notify the appropriate company(ies) and give them
your new credit card number.
• If you would like to take advantage of our service to electronically
pay your credit card balance each month from your checking account, we can do
this for you. Simply call our credit card customer service number at 1-866-752-6505.
