HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS
Whether you need to add a room to your home, remodel or redecorate, build a new deck or patio, put in a new driveway or put on a new roof, come see us for a low-cost home improvement loan.
HOME EQUITY LOANS
The equity in your home can be used to secure a personal revolving line of credit. Once your application is approved and your credit limit is determined, you can conveniently access your loan account simply by writing a check. The interest you pay may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for details.
CONSTRUCTION LOANS
A construction loan is your permanent home loan with the funds drawn over a period of time. During construction, you pay just the interest on the outstanding balance. Regular payments on principal and interest start after this period or on the month following completion of construction, whichever comes first. You may choose from fixed or variable rate plans.

We offer short-term loans without monthly payments. Total payment is due at maturity. Long-term loans are available with monthly payments to fit your budget.
You can also get loans that are secured with your CSB Certificates of Deposit or Savings account.
AUTO FINANCING
CSB works with local automobile dealers to provide indirect auto financing. It enables you to take care of all the paperwork at the auto dealership if you so desire, or you are welcome to handle the auto financing directly with any CSB office.
BUSINESS LOANS
LINE OF CREDIT LOANS
Makes cash available when needed with automatic transfers by phone to your business checking account.
LINKED DEPOSIT PROGRAM
A small business loan offered through CSB and the State of Ohio, the Linked Deposit program brings together Ohio's small businesses and lending institutions in an effort to create employment opportunities for the citizens of Ohio. Limited funds available.
LETTERS OF CREDIT
A letter of authorization from the bank guaranteeing payment. You can bid or buy with pre-approval from CSB.
The Commercial and Savings Bank may reserve the right to grant credit for those who qualify from its local market area only.
