By clicking on the Overdraft Protection Credit Line application
button above, you acknowledge that you have read and do agree
to the disclosures listed below. Print these terms and conditions
and retain a copy for your future reference. Please print the
application and submit through postal service or drop off at
any CSB office location.
BUSINESS OVERDRAFT
PROTECTION CREDIT LINE
For worry-free checking add a business
overdraft credit line to your account. We automatically
and confidentially pay up to the amount of your credit limit
in increments of $50.00 should an overdraft occur. Minimum monthly
payments of the greater of 5.0% of balance or $20.00. The annual
fee and monthly payments are automatically deducted from your
checking account.

more than three accounts, a maximum $150.00 annual membership
fee shall apply. |

normal credit requirements, you will be contacted for arrangements
to sign your note for Overdraft Protection.
