Print these terms and conditions and retain a copy for your future reference. Please print the application and submit through postal service or drop off at any CSB office location.

PERSONAL OVERDRAFT PROTECTION CREDIT LINE
For worry-free checking add a personal overdraft credit line to your account. We automatically and confidentially pay up to the amount of your credit limit in increments of $50.00 should an overdraft occur. Minimum monthly payments of the greater of 5% of balance or $20.00.The annual fee and monthly payments are automatically deducted from your checking account.
