A minimum of one (1) direct deposit per month is required.
If your direct deposit ceases, Value Checking will continue
to be free as long as you have six (6) debit card point of
sale transactions (excluding ATM transactions) per month.
Otherwise, the normal $4.00 monthly service charge fees would
apply.
We will waive our $1.00 foreign ATM fee for up to ten (10)
withdrawals per monthly statement cycle. Surcharges assessed
by other banks for using their ATM will still apply.

You can earn interest on your checking account and may write
as many checks as you please without a transaction fee. When
the balance falls below $750.00 on any day during the month
(statement cycle), you will not earn interest while under
the minimum and a $10.00 monthly fee will be assessed.

A special checking account designed specifically for customers
who maintain a higher balance. Interest rates are tiered and
tied to the balance in your account. The higher your balance,
the higher the interest rate!
As a Prestige Interest Checking customer, you will also be
entitled to a host of other benefits, which include free specialty
checks and cover, free official checks and free BillPay.
For those customers that like to use a Check/Debit Card,
we will waive our $1.00 foreign ATM fee for up to ten (10)
withdrawals and four (4) deposits per monthly statement cycle.
If your balance falls below $5,000.00 on any day during the
month (statement cycle), you will not earn interest while
under the minimum and a $20.00 monthly fee will be assessed.

Monthly fee of $4.00 waived for high school and college students.
Ten(10) checks are allowed per monthly statement cycle. There
is a $.25 charge per additional check. We will waive our $1.00
foreign ATM fee for up to ten (10) withdrawals per monthly
statement cycle. Surcharges assessed by other banks for using
their ATM will still apply. Students may have unlimited point
of sale transactions without a fee from CSB.
55 PLUS CHECKING Free

Minimum deposit to open account..... $25.00
With no minimum balance requirements after the initial deposit,
this account provides unlimited check writing privileges with
no monthly fee for customers age 55 or over. CSB will provide
special wallet-style checks at no charge, however, if another
style is chosen, customer will be billed for the full price
of the printed checks.
** An early closing fee of $25.00 will apply to all checking
accounts that are closed within 90 days of the opening date.
The Commercial and Savings Bank reserves the right to accept
