To bank by phone at The Commercial and Savings Bank, all you need is your account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN, which is established the first time you use the phone service) and a TouchTone™ phone.
Xpress Phone Banking is simple to use, convenient, and completely confidential. Your account information will be accurate as of the previous day.

Important reminders when transferring between your accounts:

A PIN will be needed for each of your accounts. You will establish your PIN the first time you make a transfer. You may want this to be the same PIN you use for inquiries, but it's up to you. |

To ensure complete safety to your transactions, your PIN should be memorized. |

You will not receive a receipt in the mail; however, the transfer will show on your statement. |

For security reasons, please print off and complete the application or sign up for this portion of service at any CSB office. |
