LOCAL BANKER RECEIVES BANKING DIPLOMA FROM THE OHIO BANKERS LEAGUE(Millersburg, Ohio) – Crystal Yoder, information technologies assistant at The Commercial and Savings Bank (CSB), recently graduated from the annual Blythe School of Banking sponsored by the Ohio Bankers League. Yoder was one of thirty-five bankers who completed the program, which was held over two, one-week sessions in September 2006 and September 2007 at the NorthPointe Conference Center, Columbus. One of the longest-standing educational traditions in the Ohio banking industry, the Blythe School of Banking was established in 1955. The School offers bankers from across the state the opportunity to enhance their skills in all areas of bank operations and management, and provides a valuable network of contacts within the Ohio banking industry. “The Blythe curriculum is progressive, practical and enlightening, and is an essential training program for both new banking professionals and experienced bank officers,” said Stacy Schindler, OBL manager of professional schools. “We are pleased with Crystal’s eagerness to continue her education,” stated Rick Ginther, President and CEO of CSB. “The Blythe curriculum provided Crystal with an opportunity to learn more about our industry from a bank-wide perspective.”
