CSB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Second Quarter Cash Dividend

MILLERSBURG, OH – June 27, 2008 – CSB Bancorp, Inc., (CSBB.OB) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend of $.18 per share on its common stock, payable July 22, 2008 to shareholders of record as of July 8, 2008.
