What to Expect

First Time Login - What will you need to do?

You will be able to access the new online banking via our homepage or the CSB Mobile App. If you currently use the app, on February 22nd you will be prompted to update the app before logging in.

The first time you login:
  1.  Enter your username
  2.  Password Entry
              •  Personal Customers- Your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your social security number 
    •  Business Customers- Your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your business TIN number
  3.  You will be prompted to receive an authentication code via phone, text, or email
  4.  Once your authentication code has been entered, you will be prompted to change your password

What do I need to do to prepare?
To prepare for this exciting update, please log into your online banking and make sure your email address is correct. On February 22nd, follow the What to Expect? instructions.

Why do I need an authentication code to login?

We use two-factor authentication to verify that only you are able to access your accounts online. This is an added safety feature to protect you and your accounts. There are three ways to receive your authentication code: text, phone, or via email.

Do I need to download a new mobile app?

No, if you're a current mobile app user, an app update will be automatically available for you to install on February 22nd. You will not need to download and install a new app, instead, follow the on-screen prompts on your device to update your app on the launch date.

Will my QuickBooks/Quicken/Mint connections stay in place?

The switch to the new platform will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software. Please review the QuickBooks, Quicken, & Mint Instructions for more information.

Will my scheduled/recurring transfer still go through?

Yes, any scheduled/recurring transfers that you currently have set-up will continue with the new platform.

Will my alerts stay the same?

Text alerts that you currently have set-up will continue with the new platform. The text alerts will be delivered from CSB's phone number - 800.654.9015. Email and login alerts that you currently receive will not move to the new platform. 

Is anything changing with BillPay?

No, if you are a current BillPay user, your payment history, payees, and scheduled payments will continue in the new platform, however, you will need to accept an updated disclosure. 

Will I have to re-enroll in eStatements?

No, you will continue to receive your electronic statements and notices, however, you will need to accept an updated disclosure. 

Can I use my fingerprint and/or face ID to log into the app?

Yes, after your initial login to the updated app you will be able to enable biometric login. 

Can I change my account nicknames?

Yes, your existing account nicknames will carry over into the new platform. You can change nicknames by either accessing Account Tools on the left of the Account History screen or go to change a nickname, click on Profile > Accounts > Select the account to change the nickname.

QuickBooks, Quicken, & Mint

Conversion Instructions

The online banking upgrade will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint software. There are two important dates for you to reference:

1st Action Date: February 19, 2021
Complete a data file backup. A final transaction download should be completed before this date.

2nd Action Date: March 1, 2021
The upgrade to your new online banking will be completed on February 22. Connections to QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint will not be available until March 1st. During this time, we encourage you to download a QFX/QBO file. On or after March 1st, you can complete the deactivation and reactivation steps for your online banking connection which are listed in the conversion instructions. 

Conversion Instructions

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the conversion instructions to ensure your transactions were not missed or duplicated.
