"Heartbleed" in the News - You may have read or heard about the recently announced "Heartbleed" vulnerability for the Internet community. CSB’s website, internet banking and mobile applications are secure and have not been affected. However, if you use the same password for multiple internet applications, including your CSB internet banking, we strongly advise you to change your CSB password to a unique password used only for CSB internet banking. It would be best to use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers. You may also want to refer to heartbleed.com for more information about the “Heartbleed” internet vulnerability. As companies patch their systems to protect from this vulnerability, they may request that you change your password and/or update your security questions. We highly recommend you follow their instructions, keeping in mind that no legitimate business would ask you to provide your password to them. Your password should be known only by you.

Nelson to Manage Shreve CSB Banking Center
John J. Limbert, President and CEO of The Commercial and Savings Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa M. Nelson to the Bank. Nelson joins CSB as an Assistance Vice President & Banking Center Manager.
Nelson brings 17 years of banking experience to CSB. She will manage the Bank’s Shreve office and will assist customers with their deposit and loan needs. Nelson is a native of Holmes County, West Holmes graduate, and resides in Big Prairie with her daughter.
Current Shreve Banking Center Manager Paula Foy will be responsible for service improvements and growth projects in all CSB markets, including Wooster and Wayne County. Foy is a member of the Wooster Quota Club, Wayne County Women’s Network, and Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Wooster with her husband Chris.
“We are very fortunate to have Lisa join CSB. She is familiar with the Shreve area and already knows many of our customers. With Lisa taking over management of the Shreve office, Paula will dedicate her time to a number of special projects with a special emphasis on increasing our deposit base,” stated Limbert.
