"Heartbleed" in the News - You may have read or heard about the recently announced "Heartbleed" vulnerability for the Internet community. CSB’s website, internet banking and mobile applications are secure and have not been affected. However, if you use the same password for multiple internet applications, including your CSB internet banking, we strongly advise you to change your CSB password to a unique password used only for CSB internet banking. It would be best to use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers. You may also want to refer to heartbleed.com for more information about the “Heartbleed” internet vulnerability. As companies patch their systems to protect from this vulnerability, they may request that you change your password and/or update your security questions. We highly recommend you follow their instructions, keeping in mind that no legitimate business would ask you to provide your password to them. Your password should be known only by you.

New CSB Trust and Loan Office To Open In Wooster
The Commercial & Savings Bank, Millersburg (CSB) today announced their plans to open a combined Trust and Loan Production Office in downtown Wooster. The office will be located in Suite 230, Liberty Commons at 146 East Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio.
President & CEO John J. Limbert stated, “In addition to our present customers, over the past year we have received an increased demand to provide Trust services to residents of Wayne County. We have been most pleased with the individuals and businesses that have chosen CSB to provide the various personal and corporate financial services that a locally based Trust Department can provide. Having a physical office in the Wooster community allows us to provide better service to these clients as well as become a better corporate citizen.”
The Liberty Commons office is expected to be fully operational no later than March 1, 2005. When complete, the office will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and by appointment on weeknights and weekends.
From the Trust side of the office, the full array of Trust services and products will be available. This includes 401(k) plan administration, personal trust accounts, guardianships, investment management, pension plan administration and estate and probate administration. “We will have Tom Rumbaugh, Vice President; and Marcella Hawkins, Assistant Vice President, available at this office.” Limbert continued, “Both of these experienced, local individuals are familiar with the Wayne County and legal communities which will make either the creation of a new relationship or the transfer of an existing one an effortless transaction.”
The Loan side of the office will be available to meet with businesses and individuals and discuss how CSB can help in meeting their financial goals. Limbert added, “Lending, similar to the Trust business, is an incredibly personal and confidence driven relationship. We will have a group of lenders, including myself, who will be available to the Wooster and Wayne County community. Our product offerings and service capabilities will meet the needs of virtually any individual or business. All loan decisions will be made by these individuals who live in or are very familiar with Wooster and Wayne County.”
The Liberty Commons office, while able to service the Trust needs and aid in the Loan application process of our customers, is not able to open deposit accounts, receive deposits or cash checks. Trust personnel can be reached locally via 330-264-0334 or 330-674-2397.
