Promotions Announced at The Commercial & Savings Bank

Rick L. Ginther, President and CEO of The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB) recently announced two promotions at the Bank. Sherry McRobie and Melissa Sprang have both been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President. They will continue in their roles as Managers of the Charm and Winesburg CSB Banking Centers.
“Sherry & Melissa have proven to be effective managers for CSB” stated Ginther. “Both have exceptional customer service skills and believe in our mission of going above and beyond to help our customers.”
McRobie joined CSB in 1994 as a teller and was promoted to Banking Center Manager of the Charm office in 2004. She is a graduate of Garaway High School and attended Cedarville University. She currently serves on the planning committee for Charm Days. McRobie resides in Sugarcreek with her husband Chuck.
Sprang joined CSB in 2004 where she entered the Bank’s management training program. In 2006, she was named Manager of the Winesburg Banking Center. Sprang is a graduate of Hiland High School and Urbana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2004. She resides in Sugarcreek with her husband Cliff. Sprang is treasurer of the Winesburg Business Association and serves as the secretary of the Hiland Academic Booster Club.
