ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOANS

Rates, terms, and conditions apply to applications received by May 26, 2015. The Bank reserves the right to change rates, terms, and conditions without notice. Subject to credit approval. Loans must be secured with a 1-4 family, owner-occupied dwelling. Proof of hazard insurance is required at closing.

HOME EQUITY LINES OF CREDIT

Loans must be secured with a 1-4 family, owner-occupied residence. The minimum payment will result in a balloon payment at maturity. Proof of hazard insurance is required at closing. Consult your tax advisor regarding interest deductibility.

4.00 APR (Prime + .75) OR 3.75 APR (Prime+.50) representing a .25% rate reduction with an automatic payment from a CSB depository account. To obtain these rates, a credit score of 720 or higher is required.
Higher rates apply for lower credit scores.

$25,000 - $49,999

3.75 APR (Prime + .50) OR 3.50 APR (Prime+ .25) representing a .25% rate reduction with an automatic payment from a CSB depository account. To obtain these rates, a credit score of 720 or higher is required.
Higher rates apply for lower credit scores.

$50,000 - above

3.50 APR (Prime + .25) OR 3.25 APR (Prime + 0) representing a .25% rate reduction with an automatic payment from a CSB depository account. To obtain these rates, a credit score of 720 or higher is required.
Higher rates apply for lower credit scores.

$50,000 - above

3.25 APR (Prime + 0) OR 3.00 APR (Prime - .25) representing a .25% rate reduction with an automatic payment from a CSB depository account. To obtain these rates, a credit score of 760 or higher is required.
Higher rates apply for lower credit scores.

3.00 APR (Prime - .25) OR 3.00 APR* (Prime -.25) representing a .25% rate reduction with an automatic payment from a CSB depository account. To obtain these rates, a credit score of 760 or higher is required.

*APY is held at 3% subject to floor restrictions.

The annual percentage rate will not be less than 3.00% (Floor) with a maximum of 18% over the lifetime of the loan.
