Is Online Banking Hard To Use?
We believe you will find Online Banking simple and easy to use. It is also very convenient as you will have access to your accounts at CSB anywhere you have Internet access. If you should ever need assistance or have questions, our Customer Service Center will be happy to assist you.
Is There A Fee For This Service?
No, we are pleased to provide Online Banking services for free to CSB customers.
Can Anyone Else Get Access To My Information?
You will be given an Online Banking Identification Number and Password after enrolling for Online Banking. You, and only you, can access your accounts. Plus, our powerful firewalls, encryption technology and timed log-offs warn you after nine minutes and logs you off after 10 minutes help to ensure your privacy.
Will My Account Numbers Be Shown?
When dealing with any of your bank accounts on or off the Internet, security is vital. When you sign up for Online Banking, CSB will give a name for each of your accounts as no account numbers will appear over the Internet.
How Do I Get Started?
Simply complete the Online Banking application and deliver to us via fax, mail or at any CSB Banking Center. If additional applications are needed for each person on the account they can be obtained from this website.
After we receive your application, an Identification Number and Password will be established and mailed separately to you. Once you receive these, you can begin banking online immediately. You will be prompted to change your Password and you may also change your Identification Number to something more familiar to you.
