The Commercial & Savings Bank text notification system is a service provided by The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB). The terms “we”, “us” or “our” mean the bank. The terms “you” or “your” mean the customer who uses this service.
The Commercial & Savings Bank provides a text notification service for customers to receive alerts related to debit card transactions, BillPay activity, and loan applications. CSB does not charge any fees for the use of the text notification system. All standard text messaging rates will apply; please check with your mobile service provider for details. Please note that receipt of information via text from CSB may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your phone carrier or other parties. Your consent allows for you to receive text messages from CSB. You may opt-out of the texting service at any time by replying STOP. Please reference the Electronic Services Agreement for additional details regarding access to your CSB account.
You will never receive a text notification that asks you to send us any sensitive personal or financial information. If you ever receive such a request for sensitive personal or financial information - such as your Social Security Number, account number, password, PIN number, or any other personal data - do not respond to the message and call us at 800.654.9015 to report the incident.
The terms and conditions in this Agreement are in addition to, and do not supersede or replace, any other agreements applicable to any of your accounts with us.
