Construction Loan Special Terms:

$1,000 off closing costs provided as a lender credit. The 1.50% interest rate discount applies exclusively to the first 9-month construction phase and does not extend beyond this period. The interest rate discount period begins at loan origination. Upon conversion to permanent financing, the loan will revert to the standard interest rate. The standard construction term is 9 months unless extended with CSB's prior express authorization, the 1.50% interest rate discount does not extend. Offer available on first mortgage single family construction, owner occupied residential loans up to 90% LTV. Interest accrues on drawn funds during construction. Normal construction fees apply. 1. The APR will not be less than the floor with a maximum of 18% over the lifetime of the loan. The rate is variable and subject to change after consummation. The variable interest rate is tied to the Prime Rate, meaning it may change as the Prime Rate fluctuates. 

The minimum loan amount is $10,000. A $75.00 annual fee will be assessed beginning with the first cycle date after closing and annually thereafter. If paid off and closed within the first three (3) years, you are subject to a pre-payment penalty of 1% of the original line amount up to a maximum of $500. Appraisal and underwriting restrictions apply. Home Equity Lines with other loan-to-value limits are available.
