1. The APR will not be less than the floor with a maximum of 18% over the lifetime of the loan. The rate is variable and subject to change after consummation. The variable interest rate is tied to the Prime Rate, meaning it may change as the Prime Rate fluctuates.
The minimum loan amount is $10,000. A $75.00 annual fee will be assessed beginning with the first cycle date after closing and annually thereafter. If paid off and closed within the first three (3) years, you are subject to a pre-payment penalty of 1% of the original line amount up to a maximum of $500. Appraisal and underwriting restrictions apply. Home Equity Lines with other loan-to-value limits are available.
