CSB Promotes Leaders

Eddie Steiner, President and CEO of The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB), recently announced promotions within the bank’s corporate office including Jeff Agnes to Officer, Systems Administrator, Jennifer Deam to Officer, Electronic Services Manager, Gina Marshall to Officer, Customer Service Center Manager, Julie Stitzlein to Officer, Compliance Analyst, and Kathy Ringwalt to Officer, Mortgage Underwriter. 


“CSB team members do great things every day for our customers and Jeff, Jennifer, Gina, Julie, and Kathy excel in assisting and protecting customers from behind the scenes,” stated Steiner. “They are each committed experts, ensuring that continuity of our high quality financial products and services with critical processes that serve and protect our customers.” 


Agnes joined CSB in 2011 and is the primary administrator for several information systems serving the technical needs of CSB employees and customers. A graduate of Stark State College, Agnes resides in Wooster with his wife, Paulette and their son. 


Deam began her career with CSB in 1997 and manages the bank’s customer-facing online systems in addition to serving Cash Management customers. Deam graduated from Ohio University. She serves as Treasurer for Union Hill United Methodist Church, and is a Board Member of East Central Ohio ESC. Deam resides in Sugarcreek with her husband, Neil and their two daughters.


Marshall joined CSB in 2011 with the addition of the Wooster Banking Centers and team. She has experience in banking center management, and transitioned into managing CSB’s Customer Service Call Center and working closely with the Electronic Services Department. Marshall graduated from Miami University. She volunteers in a number of community events, and resides in Wooster with her son.


Stitzlein began her career with CSB in 2007 working as a teller, and became credit analyst before transitioning into the bank’s compliance department. She is a graduate of Hocking College and resides in Loudonville with her husband Eric, and their son. 


Ringwalt joined CSB in 2010. She is the bank’s primary underwriter, managing mortgage processing and related regulatory requirements. Ringwalt graduated from The Ohio State University, and resides in Brinkhaven with her husband, Brad and their two daughters.
